I found this diet. It seems good and i hope that I will manage to lose weight. :)
The first variant of the Brazilian diet
Day 1 and 2: 3 times one egg, a cup of green tea and an apple.
Day 3:Breakfast: 2 eggs;
Lunch: 100 grams of beef, spinach.
Day 4: Breakfast: eggs;
Lunch: boiled fish;
Dinner: 2 eggs, a cup of green tea.
Day 5: Breakfast: eggs, a cup of green tea;
Lunch: 2 eggs and tomato;
Dinner: fish and vegetables.
Day 6: Breakfast: eggs, a cup of green tea;
Lunch: a piece of boiled beef, cucumber;
Dinner: 100 g veal dinner and green tea.
Day 7: Breakfast: green tea, eggs;
Lunch: chicken, vegetables;
Dinner: chicken, vegetables, apple, green tea.
